The trust has been deeply committed to serving the community through its social welfare initiatives. One of its key services is the Free Physiotherapy Centre for cerebral palsy (CP) patients, located at Ashok Vihar Colony Phase 1, Pahadiyan, Varanasi. This centre, named Sant Hirdaram Divyang Punervas Kendra, has been operational for more than 10 years and continues to provide dedicated care and rehabilitation to patients in need. As a part of Samarpan, it reflects the trust’s vision of extending hope, support, and recovery to differently-abled individuals and their families.

In addition to physiotherapy services, the trust has also undertaken several other initiatives to support society during difficult times. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it established an Oxygen Bank to help patients facing medical emergencies. Currently, the trust maintains 14 oxygen cylinders which are available for community use whenever required. This timely initiative proved to be life-saving for many during the crisis.

The trust also provides a compassionate service through the availability of three deep freezers for dead bodies, which are offered completely free of cost. This noble initiative ensures dignity and support for grieving families during their toughest moments, highlighting the trust’s commitment to humanity.
